Partnership Policy

The “Partnership Plan” is a comprehensive business program designed by Reestify to empower aspiring entrepreneurs. The program aims to provide eligible individuals and organizations with the resources, support, and profit-sharing opportunities to accelerate their business growth and capitalize on their strengths. These Terms and Conditions serve as a formal agreement between Reestify and its partners, outlining their roles, responsibilities, and benefits within the partnership framework.

1) Eligibility Criteria

To initiate the partnership journey with Reestify, partners are required to furnish proper eligibility criteria, demonstrating their readiness and commitment to the collaboration. Meeting the eligibility requirements ensures that the partnership is founded on solid ground.

Eligible Partner Categories

  • Individual Entrepreneur: The Individual Entrepreneur category is open to ambitious solo entrepreneurs seeking business growth but facing challenges in forming an in-house team due to budget constraints. Eligible individuals in this category will be provided with a virtual team, empowering them to drive their business forward without the burden of employing permanent staff.
  • Strong Interpersonnel:  Strong Interpersonnel candidates are individuals skilled in building meaningful relationships and effective communication with clients and partners. This category is tailored to those possessing exceptional networking abilities, enabling them to forge fruitful collaborations and leverage their influential connections for mutual success.
  • Marketing Agencies: Marketing agencies lacking design and development services can seize the opportunity to transform into versatile and comprehensive platforms by partnering with Reestify. <br>This category aims to empower marketing agencies to offer end-to-end solutions to their clients, thus expanding their service portfolio and enhancing their competitive edge.
  • Social Media Influencers: Social Media Influencers with a substantial following can capitalize on their reach and online influence by joining Reestify’s partnership program.

This category presents a unique chance for influencers to monetize their social media presence and earn greater financial rewards through successful client referrals and promotions.

Reestify welcomes potential partners to express their interest in the Partnership Plan by participating in a formal meeting where eligibility criteria will be discussed. In this meeting, Reestify will evaluate candidates’ potential and suitability based on their qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the program’s objectives.

Once the eligibility process is complete, successful partners will have the opportunity to collaborate and enter into a mutually beneficial partnership with Reestify.

2) Eligibility Criteria

  • Ownership of the Business: Reestify retains full ownership of the business created in partnership with its collaborators. The intellectual property, assets, and all proprietary information pertaining to the business remain the sole property of Reestify throughout the partnership.
  • Business Data Access: Partners are entitled to access essential business data and insights during the partnership. This access is granted to facilitate collaboration and support business development initiatives.
  • Confidential Information: During the course of the partnership, both Reestify and its partners may be exposed to confidential information. Confidential information includes but is not limited to, business strategies, financial data, customer information, and proprietary technology.
  • Non-Disclosure Obligations: Both parties are obligated to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any shared confidential information. Neither Reestify nor its partners shall disclose, share, or use confidential information for any purpose other than fulfilling the obligations of the partnership.
  • Personal Information: In the context of the partnership, partners may have access to certain personal information of clients and customers. Partners shall use this information solely for business purposes and are prohibited from using it for any other unauthorized activities.
  • Data Sharing Protocol: Reestify, and partners shall adhere to industry-standard data protection practices. Any data sharing between the parties must comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations. 
  • Indemnification Clause: Partners shall indemnify and hold Reestify harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions or representations during the partnership. This includes but is not limited to legal fees, settlements, and other expenses incurred as a result of partner activities.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Reestify be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the partnership. Reestify’s liability is limited to the total compensation paid by partners to Reestify under the partnership.
  • Governing Law: The Terms and Conditions of the partnership shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Reestify is incorporated. Any disputes arising from or related to the partnership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between Reestify and its partners, both parties shall attempt to resolve the issue amicably through mediation. If mediation fails to reach a resolution, the parties may pursue arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

3) Scheduled Meeting

  • Presenting Business Data and Expertise: Partners may be requested to present relevant previous business data and examples of their marketing expertise during the scheduled meeting. This information will enable Reestify to assess the partner’s capabilities and potential contribution to the partnership.
  • Partner Evaluation and Suitability: Reestify will conduct a thorough evaluation of the partner’s potential and suitability for the collaboration. This assessment will determine how the partner’s strengths align with the partnership’s objectives, ensuring a mutually beneficial journey.

4) Role Distribution

  • Partners as Business Leaders: As part of the partnership, partners will assume the roles of CEO and co-founder of the collaborative business venture. Partners shall jointly hold decision-making authority, shaping the strategic direction and operational aspects of the business.
  • Team Integration: Reestify, as the facilitating entity, may assign its team members to collaborate with partners on specific projects. The allocation of team members will be determined through discussions and based on individual team member’s expertise and eligibility for the project.
  • Partner-Driven Team Building: Partners have the autonomy to expand their team by recruiting additional members to support business operations. Prior to onboarding, partners must engage in discussions with Reestify to ensure the eligibility and suitability of prospective team members.
  • Collaborative Decision-Making: In the spirit of collaboration, major business decisions involving team members require consensus among partners and Reestify. Unanimous decisions shall be the preferred approach for the collective benefit of the partnership.

5) Responsibilities

Reestify’s Responsibilities

  • Efficient Project Management: Reestify shall oversee and manage all aspects of the partnership program, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently. Timelines, milestones, and deliverables will be effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring Quality Assurance: Reestify is committed to maintaining high-quality standards for all services and products provided to partners and clients. Rigorous quality checks will be conducted to ensure the excellence of the deliverables.
  • On-Time Project Delivery: Reestify will diligently work to deliver projects within agreed-upon timelines, adhering to the commitments made with partners. Timely delivery ensures a smooth and successful partnership experience.
  • Promoting Team Collaboration: A collaborative environment will be fostered by Reestify to facilitate seamless teamwork between partners and Reestify’s team members. Open communication channels and collaborative tools will be employed to enhance teamwork.
  • Responsive Customer Support: Reestify is dedicated to providing responsive and helpful support to partners and clients throughout the partnership journey. Prompt assistance will be offered to address any queries or concerns.

 

Partners’ Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition Focus: Partners play a pivotal role in attracting clients to the partnership program, actively seeking potential clients aligned with the partnership’s vision and goals. Partners’ efforts are essential in expanding the program’s clientele.
  • Effective Sales Pitch: Utilizing their social media influence and strong interpersonal skills, partners will present compelling sales pitches to potential clients. Persuasive communication will be employed to showcase the benefits of the partnership program.
  • Active Referral Efforts: Partners are encouraged to actively refer clients to Reestify’s services and products, thereby expanding the partnership’s reach and impact. Referrals contribute to the growth and success of the collaborative venture.
  • Engaging in Promotional Activities: Partners are expected to engage in various promotional efforts to increase awareness of the partnership program among their target audience. Active promotional activities enhance the program’s visibility and attract potential clients.

6) Client Onboarding

  • Presence of Both Parties: During the client onboarding process, clients will be engaged in the presence of both partners and Reestify representatives. This ensures a unified approach and a comprehensive understanding of the client’s requirements and expectations.
  • Approval Requirement: Partners are required to obtain prior approval from Reestify before onboarding any new clients into the partnership program. This approval process aims to ensure that all clients align with the partnership’s vision and objectives.

7) External Expenses and Promotional Activities

  • Hiring External Teams: Partners have the autonomy to engage external teams for promotion and marketing efforts to support the partnership’s objectives. However, Reestify will not bear responsibility for any expenses incurred by partners in engaging these external teams.
  • Informing Reestify: Prior to hiring any external team for promotional purposes, partners are required to inform Reestify of their intent. This communication allows Reestify to collaborate with partners in identifying and engaging suitable external teams.

8) Team Resource

  • Exclusivity for Development and Design: Partners are not permitted to engage external teams for development and design purposes in client projects within the partnership. All development and design support should be sought exclusively from Reestify.
  • Relying on Reestify’s Expertise: Partners must reach out to Reestify for development and design support required for any client’s project. Reestify’s expertise ensures the delivery of high-quality services aligned with the partnership’s standards.
  • Informing Reestify about External Teams: If partners find it necessary to use external teams for development and design, they must promptly inform Reestify of their intent. Reestify will assess the situation and determine whether to provide support or offer alternatives.

9) Commission Rate and Profit-Sharing

  • Commission on Every Project: Partners are entitled to earn a commission on each project they bring to the business through their efforts. The commission serves as a rewarding incentive for partners’ active contributions.
  • Tiered Commission Structure: The Commission Tier consists of two levels: Basic Tier and Target Tier, each offering different commission rates. Partners can progress to the higher Target Tier based on their performance.

 

Basic Tier

There is no minimum requirement for the number of clients partners need to bring in a calendar month to qualify for the Basic Tier

To enter the Target Tier, partners are required to bring a minimum of 10 clients to the business in a calendar month

Partners will earn a static commission rate of 25% of the profits from every project they introduce

Partners who achieve this milestone will receive a static commission rate of 40% of the profits from each project they bring

 

  • Commission Summary: For the first 9 clients partners bring in a calendar month, the commission rate remains at 25% of the project profits. For 10 or more clients brought in a calendar month, the commission rate increases to 40% of the project profits.

10) Withdrawal Method and Flexible Access to Earnings

  • Preferred Payment Method: Partners have the flexibility to withdraw their earnings from the business using their preferred payment method. Reestify commonly uses Wise (wise.com) for secure and efficient payment processing.
  • 24/7 Withdrawal Availability: Partners enjoy seamless access to their earnings, as they can withdraw funds from the business at any time, 24/7. This feature empowers partners to manage their finances conveniently.
  • No Minimum Withdrawal Amount: There is no minimum withdrawal threshold for partners to access their earnings. Partners can withdraw any amount they have earned, regardless of the value, ensuring freedom and control over their finances.

11) Termination of Partnership

  • Reestify’s Right to Terminate: Reestify reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time in response to violative actions by the partners. This measure ensures the protection of the partnership’s integrity and adherence to ethical conduct.
  • Access to Business Data and Insights: If the partnership is terminated, partners will no longer have access to the business data and insights accumulated during the collaboration. Protecting confidentiality and sensitive information is a priority in such instances.
  • Continuity with New Partnership: In the event of partnership termination, Reestify will endeavor to maintain continuity by engaging a new partner for the business. This approach aims to sustain project progress and uphold commitments to clients.
  • Partners’ Right to Terminate: Partners also hold the right to initiate the termination of the partnership by providing a 30-day notice to Reestify. A valid reason for termination should be communicated to facilitate a smooth transition.

12) Miscellaneous

  • Right to Modify Business Model: Reestify retains the right to modify the business model at its discretion and without prior notice, allowing for necessary adaptations to market dynamics or growth opportunities. Such changes will be implemented with the collective interest of the partnership in mind.
  • Binding Partnership Contract: The partnership contract, once agreed upon by both partners and Reestify, is a legally binding agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the collaboration. It signifies the commitment of all parties to uphold the agreed-upon responsibilities and obligations.
